- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 jar pimento cheese spread
- 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion powder
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 to 3 dashes Tabasco hot sauce
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Let cream cheese reach room temperature.

2Whip cheeses together until smooth (can use electric mixer).

3Add other ingredients and blend well.

4Put mixture in refrigerator for about 2 hours before shaping into ball.

5Roll ball or 2 rolls in chopped pecans.
