  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 jar pimento cheese spread
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion or onion powder
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 to 3 dashes Tabasco hot sauce
  • chopped pecans

Directions

    Let cream cheese reach room temperature.

    Whip cheeses together until smooth (can use electric mixer).

    Add other ingredients and blend well.

    Put mixture in refrigerator for about 2 hours before shaping into ball.

    Roll ball or 2 rolls in chopped pecans.
