- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 1/2 oz. grated cheese
- 1 envelope Hidden Valley salad dressing mix
- chopped pecans
Directions

1Let cream cheese and Cheddar cheese come to room temperature. Mix cheeses, gradually adding dressing mix, a little at a time until entire package is used.

2If too sticky, refrigerate or place in freezer 30 to 45 minutes.

3Shape into ball and roll in pecans. Makes a large ball so recipe can be cut in half.
