- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- parsley flakes
Directions

1Mix room temperature cheeses and pecans together until well blended (you may use a blender, mixer or food processor).

2Add garlic and onion, then shape into a ball or log.

3Roll in parsley flakes and wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
