  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz. fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 3/4 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • parsley flakes

Directions

    Mix room temperature cheeses and pecans together until well blended (you may use a blender, mixer or food processor).

    Add garlic and onion, then shape into a ball or log.

    Roll in parsley flakes and wrap in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
