  • 1 small box lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 large can Carnation milk

    Make graham crust in large oblong pan.

    Mix Jell-O with 1 cup hot water.

    Chill to egg white thickness.

    Mix cream cheese with sugar.

    Whip Carnation milk until thick.

    Mix all together and pour over graham cracker crumb crust.

    Spread cherry or blueberry pie filling on top (optional).
