- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns, partially thawed
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 2 c. shredded Colby cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. Wyler's chicken flavor instant bouillon
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup Colby cheese.

3Mix well.

4Place mixture into buttered 13 x 9-inch baking dish.

5Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

6Top with remaining cheese and bake for another 3 to 5 minutes.

7Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
