Easy Cheese Ring

  • 1 lb. medium cheese, grated
  • 1 onion, grated or finely chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of black pepper and cayenne pepper
  • strawberry preserves

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together, except preserves.

    Spray a ring mold with Pam spray.
  3. 3
    Place mix in mold and refrigerate until firm.
  4. 4
    Turn out when ready to serve.

    Fill center with strawberry preserves.
  6. 6
    Serve with an assortment of crackers.
