  • 1 package Ready Made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
  • 1/2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 2/3 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
  • 12 ounces, weight Pie Filling Or Frozen Berries (thawed)
  • 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream

Directions

    Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla.

    Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 degrees for 20- 30 minutes, until set. Chill.

    Top with pie filling of choice and whipped cream.
