- 1 package Ready Made Graham Cracker Crust
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2/3 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
- 12 ounces, weight Pie Filling Or Frozen Berries (thawed)
- 8 ounces, weight Whipped Cream
Directions

1Combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend in vanilla.

2Pour the mixture over the crust. Bake in a 450-degree oven for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 250 degrees for 20- 30 minutes, until set. Chill.

3Top with pie filling of choice and whipped cream.
