Directions

    Put Ritz crackers on a cookie sheet (as many as you want to serve).

    Put a marshmallow on top of each Ritz cracker.

    Top all with a slice of your favorite sharp cheese (about an inch by an inch piece).

    Broil in oven, watching, until cheese starts to melt.

    Don't burn the roof of your mouth.

    Serve while warm.
