  • 1-1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 cup mild salsa
  • 1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 lb. VELVEETA, cut up
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • suggested toppings: chopped tomato, shredded lettuce, sour cream

Directions

    Brown ground beef in deep skillet; drain.

    Add salsa and taco seasoning to ground beef, stir to mix.

    Cook on low to simmer flavors.

    Add VELVEETA and milk; stir until VELVEETA is melted.

    Place about 2/3 cup meat mixture on each tortilla.

    Add toppings, if desired.

    Fold up to make burrito.
