Easy Cheesy Enchiladas

- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small, chopped onion
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular or Mexican)
- 1 carton sour cream
- 1 doz. flour tortillas
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in skillet; pour off excess grease.

2Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3Add 1/2 to 2/3 Velveeta cheese to ground beef until melted.

4Lightly butter and warm tortillas.

5Fill tortillas with ground beef mixture; roll and place in baking dish.

6Melt remainder of Velveeta and sour cream and pour over enchiladas.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
