- 16 oz Mexican Velveeta Cheese
- 32 oz Sharp Cheddar Velveeta Cheese
- 2 can Rotel (10oz Cans)
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 lb Italian Sausage
- tbsp Spicy Montreal Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

1You will need:

2Slice your Velveeta Cheese's

3Try not to break your favorite knife while doing it.

4Throw the sliced cheese's, Rotel, and cream of mushroom soup in a crock pot.

5(You can also do this over the stove top in a large pot)

6Turn the crock pot on high heat for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

7Meanwhile, put the Italian sausage in a pan over medium heat.

8Sprinkle with the Montreal Seasoning and Onion Powder.

9Heat until thoroughly cooked.

10Drain grease and throw in the crock pot and mix in with the cheese mix.

11Turn the crock pot on low and heat until all cheese is melted.

12Stir occasionally.

13About 40 minutes.
