- 1 c. whole grain rice (uncooked)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
Directions

1Pour rice evenly in the bottom of a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle onion soup mix over rice.

2Stir soup and broth together and pour 1/2 of the soup mixture over the rice.

3Place chicken breasts on the rice.

4Pour the other 1/2 of the soup mixture over the chicken.

5Cover with aluminum foil.

6Bake at 325° for 2 hours.
