  • 1 cut-up chicken
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • butter or margarine

Directions

    Put tin foil in a casserole dish; place chicken skin side down.

    Sprinkle onion soup over chicken.

    Place about 4 to 5 pats of butter on top of chicken.

    Pour 1/2 cup water over chicken. Seal and cook in oven at 350° for 1 hour.

    Turn over, reseal and cook for additional 20 minutes.
