  • 8 chicken breast halves (boneless)
  • 4 oz. dried beef
  • 10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream

Directions

    Rinse and dry dried beef.

    Spread on bottom of buttered casserole dish.

    Place chicken breasts on dried beef.

    Cover with undiluted soup and sour cream, mixed.

    Bake, uncovered, at 300° for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
