Easy Chicken Cacciatore

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium green pepper, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, cut up
- 1 (15 oz.) jar Ragu spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. seashell macaroni, cooked and drained
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a large skillet, saute garlic and green pepper until tender; remove and set aside.

3Brown chicken on both sides.

4Cook 30 minutes or until tender.

5Add spaghetti sauce and green pepper; simmer, covered, 10 minutes.

6Place pasta in an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

7Spoon chicken and sauce over pasta. Bake, covered, for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

8Serves 4.
