  • 3/4 c. regular rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 or 5 pieces chicken, cut up
  • 1 can Campbell's Healthy Request cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1 can water

    Put rice in casserole dish sprayed with Pam.

    Add chopped onion, then put chicken in dish.

    Cover with soup and water mixture.

    Cover casserole.

    Bake at 335° for about two hours until brown.
