  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans, undrained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 14 cup cold water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    In a large skillet, saute chicken breasts in the olive oil with garlic and onion until chicken is no longer pink.
