- 4 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
- kosher salt, scant to taste
- pepper
- garlic powder
- red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- 3/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2Season chicken to your taste.

3In a small bowl, mix well the sour cream and Dijon mustard- set aside.

4Dip each seasoned breast in sour cream/ mustard mixture, coating well.

5Dredge each coated breast in seasoned bread crumbs.

6Arrange pieces in a a 13 x 9 baking pan.

7Bake for 50 minutes or until thickest part is no longer pink.
