- 1 (3 1/2 to 4 lb.) broiler-fryer, cut in half
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed and coarsely chopped
- 2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 3/4 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix
Directions

1Combine chicken and enough water to cover in a Dutch oven; bring to a boil.

2Cover; reduce heat and simmer 40 minutes or until tender.

3Remove chicken, reserving broth for other uses. Cool chicken.

4Skin, bone and cut chicken into bite size pieces. Set aside.

5Place broccoli in lightly greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.

6Top with chicken.

7Combine soup and next 3 ingredients; pour over chicken.

8Sprinkle with cheese and stuffing mix.

9Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 minutes.
