  • 3 c. cubed chicken
  • 1 bunch or box broccoli, steamed
  • 2/3 c. fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1/3 c. low-fat evaporated milk
  • 1/2 c. low-fat grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs

Directions

    Arrange broccoli in an 8-inch square baking dish sprayed with nonstick oil. Top broccoli with chicken. Combine remaining ingredients (except bread crumbs) and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
