- 3 or 4 whole chicken breasts, cut in halves
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp. powdered ginger
- 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Place chicken breasts in one layer in a shallow baking pan. Mix together all other ingredients.

2Pour sauce over chicken. Cover with foil. Refrigerate. Spoon sauce over chicken a couple of times.
