- 2 large eggs
- 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper and celery
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 c. coarse, soft bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Beat eggs slightly in a bowl.

2Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

3Pack mixture into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

4Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.

5Unmold onto hot platter.

6Garnish with parsley and hard-cooked egg segments.
