  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper and celery
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 c. coarse, soft bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 1/2 c. milk

    Beat eggs slightly in a bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

    Pack mixture into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.

    Bake at 350° for about 40 minutes.
