  • 4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Provoli cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c. cooking sherry
  • 2 c. Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 stick margarine or butter

Directions

    Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with Pam.

    Line baking dish with chicken halves.

    Top with slices of Provoli cheese.

    Mix can of cream of chicken soup with cooking sherry and pour over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over top and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350° for 50 minutes to 1 hour.
