- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. milk
- 2 c. cut up chicken or turkey
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) peas and carrots
Directions

1Heat margarine over low heat until melted.

2Blend in flour, onion, salt and pepper.

3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth and bubbly.

4Remove from heat. Stir in broth and milk.

5Heat until boiling, stirring constantly.

6Boil and stir one minute.

7Stir in chicken and veggies.
-
8Put in shell. Cook, uncovered, at 425° until brown, 30 to 35 minutes.
