- 1 lb lard or 2 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
- 1 egg
- water
Directions

1Mix first three ingredients until the texture resembles corn meal.

2Beat one egg in a 1 cup measuring cup.

3Fill cup with water to make 1 full cup.

4Mix well, chill for 15 minutes.

5Divide dough 5 ways.

6Roll out the number of crusts you want to use on floured surface.

7Place remaining dough and a bit of flour in individual gallon ziplock bags.

8Roll out dough while it is in the bag and freeze.
