- 1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) fryer
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream celery soup
- 1 3/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil chicken in enough water to cover until tender.

2Reserve broth.

3Chop chicken.

4Place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread soup over chicken.

5Pour broth over soup.

6Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

7Mix flour, milk and margarine; pour over chicken mixture.

8Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour.
