- 2 c. chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. sweet milk
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 c. broth
Directions

1Mix flour, butter and milk together; set aside.

2In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, place vegetables, covering bottom of pan.

3Spread chicken over vegetables.

4Mix cream of chicken soup and broth together.

5Pour over chicken and vegetables.

6Pour flour mixture on top.

7Cook at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until golden brown. Serves 4 to 6.
