- 1 onion (purple), chopped
- 1/2 lb. lean hamburger (optional) or 1/4 lb. hamburger and 14 oz. block tofu (firm, pressed)
- 2 c. kidney beans
- 2 c. pinto beans
- 1 c. salsa
- 1 c. stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- chili powder to taste
- Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
Directions

1Saute onion. Brown hamburger. Mix all ingredients together. Season to taste. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
