  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 3/4 c. light brown sugar
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 c. white Karo syrup
  • dash of salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch

    Mix all ingredients and pour over pecans in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes or until brown and firm.
