- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. chopped green peppers
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can cut corn, drained
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can red kidney beans
- 1 (15 to 16 oz.) can pink pinto or kidney beans
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Brown and drain the ground beef.

2Place in kettle or slow cooker.

3Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing thoroughly after each ingredient is added.

4(If a thicker chili is desired, drain the fluid from the beans as well as the corn.)

5Cook over a low flame or in a slow cooker for at least 3 hours.

6This chili is especially good when served with cornbread.
