Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lean ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon steak seasoning (or combination of your favorites)
  • 2 (16 ounce) cans chili (with or without beans)
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion

Directions

  1. 1
Mix ground beef with worcestershire and steak seasoning.
  2. 2
    Form meat into 6 patties.
  3. 3
Heat skillet to medium high, and fry patties until browned on both sides.
  4. 4
    Remove from pan.
  5. 5
Add both cans of chili to skillet and stir to incorporate all browned bits. If the chili is a little thick, you may thin it with water.
  6. 6
Add patties back to skillet, and turn to coat with chili.
  7. 7
Lower heat to medium, and cook until patties are to desired doneness.
  8. 8
Serve each patty with some chili, a sprinkling of cheddar, and onions (none for my boys!).
  9. 9
You could also add diced jalapenos if you desire.
