Easy Chinese Fried Rice

  • 3 slice of Bacon
  • 1 stalk of Celery Chopped into small pieces
  • 1 medium Onion chopped into small pieces
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 1 cup Cooked Rice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

    Fry the bacon in a large frypan over medium heat till crispy

    Remove bacon, drain on paper towel.

    When bacon is cooled, crumble it

    Saute chopped celery and chopped onion in bacon grease until color is transparent

    Add beaten egg to frypan

    Add rice and bacon when egg is cooked

    Finally add soy sauce and mix well
