  • 2 cups White Sugar
  • 1-3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 3/4 cups Unsweeted Cocoa Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Tablespoon Coffee Grind Of Choice
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cups Vegetable Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Boiling Water

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa, baking power, bading soda, salt and coffee grinds.

    Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla. Mix until well-blended on medium speed with a hand mixer.

    Continue to stir while mixing boiling water slowly.

    Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 x 13 pans.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes.

    Remove from oven once done baking. Allow to cool and add frosting of choice once cake sufficiently cooled.
