  • 1/2 c. vegetable shortening
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl, stirring until smooth.

    Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place 2-inches apart on lightly greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 10 minutes.

    Cool on wire rack.
