  • 1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions

    Combine eggs and shortening.

    Add half of dry mix.

    Combine thoroughly.

    Add remainder of mix and nuts; combine thoroughly. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350° until done, 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool; frost if desired.
