  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed
