Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful onion
  • 1 half green bell pepper
  • 1 large / sweet red pepper
  • 1 handful cabbage
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 2 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 Mustard to taste

Directions

    Chop veggies into a small to large dice.

    Toss in a sauce pot.

    Add other ingredients with a 1/4 cup of water.

    Cook on medium heat while stirring occasionally until the water reduces out.

    This is NOT shelf stable.

    Let cool and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

    No need for canning.
