  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. light corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 can (3 1/2 or 4 oz.) flaked, shredded coconut

Directions

    Grease 9-inch pie plate.

    Place first 6 ingredients in blender and cover.

    Blend on low speed 3 minutes.

    Pour into pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes.

    Sprinkle with coconut.

    Bake in 350° oven 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.

    Store in refrigerator.
