- 1 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. light corn syrup
- 3/4 c. Bisquick mix
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can (3 1/2 or 4 oz.) flaked, shredded coconut
Directions

1Grease 9-inch pie plate.

2Place first 6 ingredients in blender and cover.

3Blend on low speed 3 minutes.

4Pour into pie plate. Let stand 5 minutes.

5Sprinkle with coconut.

6Bake in 350° oven 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.

7Store in refrigerator.
