  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 16 oz. evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine, sliced

Directions

    Stir together sugar and cornstarch.

    Add eggs, evaporated milk and cream-style corn.

    Pour into ungreased baking dish.

    Add sliced margarine on top. Bake at 350° about 1 hour, until knife stuck in center comes out clean.
