- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn, chopped broccoli or spinach
- 1 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Butter a 5-cup souffle dish or 1 1/2-quart round casserole.

3Cook corn as directed on package; drain.

4Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in corn and cheese.

5Pour into souffle dish.

6Bake until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean, about 1 hour.

7Serve immediately.
