  • 2 c. white hot rise corn meal
  • 8 1/2 oz. can cream-style corn
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 8 oz. container sour cream

Directions

    Grease skillet and preheat.

    Mix corn meal, eggs, oil, corn and sour cream together.

    Pour in preheated skillet and bake at 450° for 30 minutes.
