Easy Cream Spinach

Ingredients
- Butter Or Margarine For Sauteing
- 1 Med. Onion, Coarsely, Chopped
- 1 Large Can Of Spinach Or 2 Regular Cans
- 1 carton (small), Around A Half A Cup Of Sour Cream
Directions
-
1Take a small to med. size sauce pan and melt enough butter or margarine to saute' your chopped onion. I like a little crunch, so I usually saute' them until they are just barely translucent.
-
2While your onions are sauteing, you will need to drain your spinach. (You can use frozen, spinach but I find that canned spinach actually works better). Get as much of the water out as you can.
-
3When your onions are ready, dump in your spinach and mix well. Then add the sour cream, mixing well.
-
4Cook this on low to med. heat. Heat until you start to see bubbles. It won't take long. That's it. This is probably one of my most favorite ways to eat spinach. My family loves it. Enjoy.
