  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed of liquid
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • grated nutmeg, to taste

    Continue to cook until cream reduces to desired consistency.

    If cream dries up too fast, you can add more as needed.
