  • 4 lbs beef roast
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 (10 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
  • Coleslaw (optional)

    Pour 1 cup of apple cider vinegar in the crockpot.

    Cook on low for 8 hours (or high for 4 hours).

    Once cooked, pour off the vinegar, and shred the beef.

    Add bbq sauce and heat until sauce is warm, about 15 minutes.
