- 1 medium size chicken
- 1 1/4 c. chicken broth
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. plain flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. milk
- 1 stick butter, melted
Directions

1Remove bones and skin from chicken.

2Cut up and place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Mix chicken broth, celery soup, melted margarine, 1 teaspoon of salt and pepper.

4Pour over cut up chicken pieces. Sift flour, baking powder and salt.

5Add milk and other half of margarine and mix well.

6Pour this over chicken and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°.
