  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • 1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)

    Cook cake according to directions on the box in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Punch holes in the cake with a fork.

    Cook pineapple with sugar until sugar dissolves.

    Pour over cake.

    Cook vanilla pudding according to directions and pour over pineapple.

    Let cool.

    Spread with Cool Whip, then sprinkle coconut on top.
