- 1 qt. vinegar
- 2 qt. water
- 1 c. salt
- fresh heads of dill weed
- fresh garlic cloves, peeled
- pickling cucumbers
Directions

1Wash cucumbers thoroughly and place them in very hot water. In a large pot boil vinegar, water and salt for 2 minutes.

2Drain hot water from cucumbers and put them in sterile jars with dill and garlic.

3Pour boiling vinegar solution over cucumbers and seal jars immediately.

4Store in a cool dark place, and open in 3 to 4 weeks.
