Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/4 c. instant dry milk
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Directions

1Measure water into large mixer bowl.

2Sprinkle yeast over water.

3Add dry milk, sugar, oil, egg, salt and about 1 1/2 cups flour; blend well.

4Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.

5By hand, gradually add remaining flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition.

6Cover; let rest 15 minutes.

7Toss dough on lightly floured surface until no longer sticky.

8Knead 1 minute; shape.

9Divide dough into 20 pieces.

10Roll quickly into balls; place into greased pan.

11Brush each with soft butter.

12Cover; let rise in warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.

13Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.

14Makes 20 rolls.
