  • 1 ounce smoked salmon slices
  • 1 1/2 Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise dollop*
  • chives
  • 2 eggs
  • pepper
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Directions

    Mix the smoked salmon strips with a generous dollop* of mayonnaise, add a sprinkle of chopped chives and season well with pepper.

    In a separate bowl whisk together two eggs and add a little pepper.

    Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the eggs. When the omelette is nearly set spread the salmon mix over it and fold in half.

    Allow to cook for another couple of minutes so it's nicely warmed up, then eat immediately.

    Serve with a wedge of lemon.
