  • oil (for frying)
  • sugar
  • powdered sugar
  • cinnamon

Directions

    Place oil in skillet, about 1-inch.

    Let it get hot.

    Cut small hole in center of biscuits with salt shaker lid.

    Drop into oil.

    Turn when brown.

    Brown other side.

    Drain on paper towel. Roll in sugar, powdered sugar or cinnamon.

    Makes 20 donuts and 20 holes.
